Coaching

Every person is unique, so each coaching programme is personalised. The costs of each programme are determined by several factors, including number of sessions, location, travel time & costs, employer reimbursement, etc.

In the case of Expat/Intercultural coaching, this can be offered both individually as well as in small groups, e.g. partners/families who are emigrating together to a new country and wish to (partially) follow the coaching programme together.

As follows, the guideline hour-rates of a single session (per 1st January 2012, all prices are excluding 19% VAT):

Investment - Skills Training

The investment is determined according to several factors, including standard v. tailor-made, hour-rate, travel costs and time, in-company v. open registration, number and frequency of workshops, development time, etc.
All prices are excluding 19% VAT, travel costs and time
N.B. Since I am registered with the CRKBO, 19% VAT will not be charged for freelance training jobs at educational institutions

1. In-company:
Standard: €100/hour:
e.g.

1 part: introduction (2 hours) + self-study (1.5 hours) + Part (2 hours) =€550
Complete training course: 8 x 2 hours training + 8 x 1.5 hours self-study = €2,800

2. Tailor-made: €150/hour

Expat/Intercultural Training

The price is determined according to several factors, including standard v. tailor-made, hour-rate, travel costs and time, in-company v. open registration, number and frequency of workshops, development time, etc. You can choose to take a single training session or in combination with/supplementary to individual Expat/Intercultural Coaching. The workshops are offered both in the form of in-company as well as open registration and privately.

To give an indication of the costs of a single, one-off Intercultural Communication workshop, without taking the abovementioned factors into account (all prices excluding 19% VAT and a minimum of 6 participants required):

Open:

2-hour workshop = €160/person
4-hour workshop = €320/person

Each additional participant (e.g. from the same organisation/family) in excess of the minimum number of 6 participants, only pays 25% of the stated price.

In-company:

Standard:

2-hour workshop = €400
4-hour workshop = €800

Tailor-made:

2-hour workshop = €500
4-hour workshop = €1,000

Freelance:

€40-45/hour.

N.B. Since I am registered with the CRKBO, 19% VAT will not be charged for freelance training jobs at educational institutions.

Payment

All payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation

In the event a client postponing within 48 hours before the start of a workshop, 50% of the amount due will be charged; within 24 hours, 100% of the amount due will be charged.

In the event of a workshop being cancelled, cancellation fees will be charged. Up to 4 and 2 weeks before the start of a class or workshop, 10% and 25%, respectively will be charged; within 2 weeks and 24 hours before the start, 50% and 100%, respectively of the fees will be charged.
